Medical Cash Management Solutions, LLC (“MCMS”) was founded in 2006 by Sara Weinstein.  The company was founded with the goal of bringing a corporate cash and treasury focus to physician’s receivables management.

At MCMS, we offer a unique approach to billing.  We focus on minimizing claim denials by enforcing strong front-end processes, maximizing technology utilization to track results (using such data to identify errors and denial logic) and preparing targeted and well-written appeals to ensure physicians get adequately reimbursed for their services.  We have developed this approach from practical experience.  For almost three years, we have worked with a number of sophisticated medical practices on all aspects of billing and collections, including vascular surgeons, otolaryngologists and optometrists

Our customers are truly satisfied with MCMS’ approach and performance.
